Do you need expensive pieces of equipment to get in a good workout?
Absolutely NOT!
Shown below is the Land Mine.
A simple piece of metal that can be bought on Amazon for less than $30-
Of course you’ll need a barbell and a plate or two. But, that’s it.
With this simple set up you can do a lot of exercises, get stronger and in do it in a very limited space and time.
Here’s a golden oldie I share this time of year if you are looking for a simple, quick 20 min strength session over the coming weeks as Xmas/NY/ family/travel commitments may disrupted your routine.

Use these exercises with caution if your unfamiliar with some of these lifts.
All of them are safe but you need to know how to hinge your hips and how to safely squat while holding a bar pointed at your throat.
