Exercise Gives You a Big Brain Advantage

Dr Rhonda Patrick @foundmyfitness shares research that was performed on “older adults”.

You have many reasons to exercise. Most adults exercise to lose weight. Some to compete in a sport. There a bunch others but those are the big reasons that people give.

When your young you probably exercise to attract a partner. As you got older and “settled down” you probably stopped exercising. At least on a consistent basis.

Why?

Life. It gets in the way. I get it.

Your getting older. We all are.

Exercise, especially strength training (I’m bias AF), is key to getting older with vitality.

BTW: have you seen Dr Rhonda’ recommendation on protein? How much do you need?

The earlier you start with an exercise regimen the easier it is to stick with.

When you put it off it gets harder. Like anything else.

Vigorous exercise improves everything related to your brain: memory, processing speed & executive function.

Shameless plug, message me if you think you could benefit from a coach. Someone to help you stick to a routine and get you started in the right direction.
