Resistance Training for Women

Most people know they should exercise or least engage in some form of resistance training.

Is resistance training the best form of exercise?

What about for endurance?

What about for Mobility?

No matter your goal, lose weight or simply improve body composition, you SHOULD make resistance training a part of your plan. Especially if your a woman. Younger is better but it doesn’t matter. It’s never to late as you’ll hear from Dr Brad Schoenfeld discuss this with Dr Rhonda Patrick.
